Hawaii is so inhabited by Japs that I say we just give it to them.

that one is not a true birth certificate. That is a Certificate of live birth. There is a difference. Go back and look at the heading. Different.... that is where the problem lies!

The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. We tried to ask the Hawaii DOH why they only offer the short form, among other questions, but they have not given a response.

I love conspiracy theorists. If this is the best the Republicans have, I'm going to go bet my life savings on chocolate jesus.

You can't get very good odds anymore.

Funny thing is.... this again was brought up by a Democrat not a republican. You have not herd this 1 time from any of the Republicans. Check where the source is coming from!

Try getting a passport with a certificate of live birth.... They will not take that.

I think it would be easier to convince Phillip Berg.

You seem to overlook the fact that if you are born in the US then you are a US citizen. If there is a certificate of live birth in Hawaii then there has got to be a birth certificate somewhere as well.

the point is, the theory is that he was not born in the US..... thats the case in this matter.

That was published days after the day he was born, and all you do to have that in the paper is to call them up and have them list it. This is like an announcement to let friends know.

There still is the other fact of him going off to Pakistan for school in the 60's. This would make him a naturalized citizen not a born citizen coming back. Also not able to serve as president.

Just have him come off the papers and shit like this does not happen.

He is looking like one to hide for not releasing the information. Schools, passports, and birth certificates. Simple really!

Why are you guys defending someone so hard that seems to be hiding something. Every employer asks for this type of information. Why not the president of the United States?

Judge rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.
Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."

I already posted that and said it was a conspiracy theory. Brought this topic up before the rulling last night at 6:15pm est. I do not state these are facts but just have read a bunch about it. Thought it was funny that a known Democrat was the one bringing this up.
