your on it, but why does Obama not release the correct information and has asked the lawsuit to be dropped? Or why dont they sue Berg for defamation of charter. It would be a simple end to the lawsuit. Berg is a known democrat and a current paid life member of the NNACP. Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, former candidate for Governor, and US Senate in Democratic Primaries.

I've seen quite a few complaints that McCain didn't know shit about Palin before he offered her the VP position, understandable I guess but most of the whining ( or laughing ) was coming from the folks that will be voting for the chocolate jesus, well just what REALLY do you know about the man you will be voting for besides Hope and Change.

I find it funny that people actually give two shits about these things...personally I could care less about some adoptions records and a college thesis, who gives a shit really? Personally, if his law review articles were available, would any of the common folk care enough to read that stuff anyway?
Plus, what would a school application have to do with anything? People can blab all they want about documents not being released, but I imagine if they were it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference. His application to middle school or whatever has no bearing on the man at age 40something. Personally, I have met people that were completely wild during their schooling years and became successful doctors and lawyers, did their grades in school really matter? Hell George W. Bush barely made it through school and he became president, now you can't sit here and tell me Barack Obama is dumber than our current president, with or without grades being released.
Lastly, the term chocolate jesus is rather racist, don't you think? But hey ignorance is bliss.Comment

well, a quick check of PACER shows that the FEC is moving to dismiss, and berg asked for expedited ruling. so regardless of any validity, this suit looks to be canned next week.sigpicComment

This is so true. The whole thing is really really bad. You can say dumb things like "big deal" and "who cares". Well I do for one and so do millions of other Americans. You can't bend the rules just because its the sacred cow Obama. Think if things were flipped and we found out McCain was born in, lets say Russia. You can bet Obama supporters would be all over it. I don't care who the candidate is, we cannot bend, nor change the rules because if we do then what worth are they? You think our founders were idiots just because they were born before the cars, TV and the internet? The framework for our nation was laid down with careful consideration. There are reasons for why it is how it is. There aren't very many requirements for becoming president and if you can't do such a simple task it leaves people wondering. The socialist direction our country is headed in really scares me. Other countries see whats happening here that have lived under it. One outspoken individual is the President of the Czech Republic......I'm sure I'm speaking to deaf ears. Those on the other side have already been brain washed since childhood which makes this a perfect time for this so called "change" everyone wants sooo bady, or so the media claims. Really sad time in America. I can't wait till we get to "spread the wealth around". How glorious it will be to give even more of my money to white trash, low life, good for nothing, I want a handout, losers. :|Comment
