    I would draw a parallel here about a country needing change but the irony would be lost on most...

    Yes, please elaborate. Everyone has been chanting "change, change, change" for the last year. What is this change, exactly? Do you know? Does anyone? Or is it just the right word to make everyone follow him completely blindly into the next 4 years?

    I think what everyone that bought into that bullshit forgets is that change is a two-way street. But I guess he was banking on that. If things get 10 times as bad as they are now, that will still be a "change" from how they are now. So either way, he still wins.
