now why is that? it seems that everyone here is so ready to express that whats on the other side of their screen is bs. the comunity here seems to be so polarized up down black white. is it because the average age in here is like 17?

Why would he be needed after the improvement has been made? It takes much less talented (and persumably cheaper) manager to keep up success rather than pulling it up from the weeds.

Why would he want to stick around managing a well-running machine? Would he be willing to take a pay cut for an easier job than what he had been doing?

He should have record of his performance and come in for a year contract and then move one to the next, on his terms. (and higher compensation) Does he seek ownership of one particular dealership's practices, or does he like to see change and success in his efforts?

You see a problem, it's an opportunity. (until all dealerships are running smoothly, and then he could leverage that experience in another industry).

Thought you already talked to them?

Nothing against you, but it is just:
A: Strange that you're posting this on an internet forum
            and
B: Seems that different parts of the timeline don't add up.

We will be next... we are projected to make $9k this month TOTAL. The entire dealership... we were at around $120k earlier in the year, and they were panicing then.

Those thoughts are precisely what is wrong today. He dose not want to be moving all over the country, every year. Thats my point you do a good job and take care of your employer and make it money, then why do you deserve the shoe????? This is the biggest problem I see, is its always all about the bottom line, and how to make it lower even in a very profitable environment. Save the stock holder fuck the employees, Your business is only as good as the help you keep and most of the time you get what you pay for. The employees make the management, money why step all over them??????? and say thanks but no thanks dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

There are stock holders at dealerships?? haha.

Your lack of education is astounding. I don't even know if there is a single proper sentence in that post.

Ok first off the stock holder reference is a general one, pertaining to the relationship between owners, and the rank and file workers.

Second I am in a hurry and dont bother to proof read everything as if its for my doctoral thesis. I cant spell so what, never have been able too, just not my thing. You get the point right????

As for lack of education, your really are out there in left field on that one too.
