What is everyone doing for Thanksgiving?

I'll be at my folks house.

I have tomorrow off. I'll probably make batches of blonde roux and some brown roux, and maybe prepare some chicken stock.

Thursday, I will probably help out in the kitchen, watch some football, and make some fresh salsa (damn Spiff325iS for that chips and salsa thread!) and maybe some guac.

What about you fags?

I have plans to go to my sisters' place for dinner. Between my brother-in-laws' family and my peeps, there will be 40 showing up for turkey. Its good thing they have a big house.

My contributions are easy: couple bottles of wine and a pumpkin pie. Many others are chipping in with some goods as well.

Stuck in NY till the 2ed week of dec. So I will not being doing any thing but sitting in my hotel room eating cold 2 day old pizza. Oh well.

Ill be home with the kids and my wife, hosting her mom and a few friends. Ill be leaving after dinner to head back up to VT for our stores Black Friday weekend sale.

On the plus side, instead of turkey we are having steak. Sides have not yet been determined.

I work from 4:30-7:30 (making double time :o). But before and after that, just spending time with the family.

Home Thursday with the fam then taking a shit ton of leftovers to my Moroccan friend who doesn't celebrate T-Day. Then we're gonna wake up early friday, go to Deception Pass then head South to Belltown Friday night and probably Sat night. Yayah
