    God some pasta sounds good...

    Just about now.

Im thinking, Meatballs an marina, some garlic...

    And rotelli.

Simple, classic, don't forget the garlic.

Maybe its time for a pasta thread? What are people's favorite pasta dishes?

I made some angel hair pasta last night with some italian marinaded chicken, pepperoni spaghetti sauce, spices, etc...

    It was fucking spectacular.

farfalle (bowties) boiled with olive oil and salt in the water with store-bought marinara (but the good stuff). I make my own mini-meatballs, or just brown up some ground beef in olive oil with a few spices then toss it together for a quick, cheap, healthy lunch.

I'm not much of a cook, but I just ate some wonderful tortellinis (I get the feeling I spelled that wrong) and alfredo. I ended up with not enough alfredo and no chicken, so I substituted pepperoni and a touch of pesto. It was surprisingly amazing.

I love a good whole wheat thin pasta, Boiled with A little olive oil and salt like Ral said. With some homemade pesto(basil leaves, walnuts, romano cheese, extra virgin olive oil, a little minced garlic, sea salt and ground black pepper, ground up in the food processor), Server with some toasted and buttered focaccia bread, And a glass of tea. I love making that shit.

In fact I am gonna eat that tonight now that I have it on my mind.

A nice spaghetti carbonara, never can go wrong with it. Favorite food. Some homemade baked macaroni and cheese is always a good touch as well.

Crab stuffed agnolotti with a shallot Madeira cream sauce i made the other night. A good wide tagliatelle noodle with a spicy sausage bolognese would have to be my favorite
