any of the late eighties on cards as a whole are not worth as much, as there was a huge ramp up in production but if you have any 70's-85 cards, they could be worth a pretty penny. Newer stuff, expect 5-50 for some primo cards.

I still have some older stuff stashed away.

The glut of card companies and different themes ruined the industry and I lost interest a while later.

I still have a 2'x2'x'2 box in storage full of cards from the mid to late 80's that I haven't looked at since 1990

It's my retirement plan.

To be honest I already started a while ago and have been loving every minute of it. Hide you little sisters and girlfriends if you're my friend. I guess Jflip is right, I am a piece of shit or whatever he calls me.

I remember my older neighbor scammed me out of some Joe Namath cards and stuff when I was little. My mom was pissed and I think we got most if not all the cards back. They were here football cards. She mostly football but some hockey cards as well.

The UD Griffey rookie card value was pumped up more artificially then last summers gas prices.

Suddenly, they were everywhere.

I did flip a Mets 1968 Rookie Stars card, the one with Nolan Ryan and Jerry Koosman on it for a tidy profit several years ago.

I wonder what it goes for nowadays.

I still have a binder around here with some decent stuff, but it didn't appreciate like I thought due to the saturation of the market.

Some uncut sheets as well.

Used to be Topps, Fleer and Donruss mostly.

Now there are a 100 companies and with 100 different theme or chase cards.

Check out the Upper Deck Exquisite Collection.... $500 for a box. 1 pack per box. 5 cards per pack. So high end even the boxes are worth money, and autographed.

I actually bought a card recently on ebay, the GF thought I was a nerd. Got a Brian Dawkins with an autographed ticket stub from the '05 Superbowl. It was only like $20.
