I used to work at ForcedFed and worked on more of these than I ever would want to. White Exige is just pure sex, get your self a set of the black (pre 08 I believe) side scoops. I bet you could get'em super cheap or trade for them. The carbon ones fit like shit sometimes, as you probably experienced with the lip. Nice, it has the upgraded AP calipers. The rear panel delete kit is probably the best investment for the car, and you have the nice one, keeps it from catching on fire. Weld that new exhaust on or throw on a v-clamp if you have an extra $70.

The perfect Exige for me is a 05 in white with a ForcedFed 275 kit, ohlins, and cup wheels.

On a side note: Did you buy this from a guy from north Jersey buy chance? Its just that I was talking to a guy that was selling a white s240 that came with the ti exhaust and carbon diffuser? Just a thought...

Hahaha, so funny. I can't belive I'm reading a thread on a bmw site about the guy that bought a car I was about to buy on a Lotus site. Small world.... Anyway car looks sick man, take care of it, I'll have mine soon enough.
