In addition to the 24x48 shop there is a covered 30 foot RV pad that
will work perfectly to store cars. The shop also has a second floor
which would be good for your wood working. There is also a office in the
shop.
I just moved into the place. I still need to get a washer and dryer and
a portable dishwasher. This is a older house with two bedrooms, a loft,
one bath. The land lords are really cool people.
A little more about me:
My previous living arrangement was very similar to yours. Young
people...dirty...etc. I got tired of the BS. I am a straght 49 year old
male who works @ Boeing. I work 2nd shift...which is 2:30 to 11:00 pm. I
work probably every other weekend. I don't smoke. I like a few beers
every once in a while. I like to play pool...I'm just not great at it. I
am a car nut, I have a very motified Scout II which is still in Oregon.
I have a pickup and camper. My dog Scout is a very friendly black lab
who does not poop near the house and I take care of his messes. My ad
says 550... but with you using the shop more I would ask for the 600.00
because of shop space and electricity.

just don't forget to remove the insulation before you cut! also if you can remove the paint etc where you are going to make your cuts, the tips will last longer. them little bitches are 'spensive!

I usually cut around the insulation, but the paint idea might be an ace that I can keep :mrgreen: I went for some 30 amp drag tips to make things easier, machine is rated for 60, but I keep it turned down.

We usually just make a few big chunks, throw 4' sides on my 20' flatbed, and make that chit go away :nice:

Funny thing is that my parents don't want me to move out. I was about to move out a few months back. I was all excited about it and told my parents. My dad got mad at me and was like "Why would you want to move out? Live here for free, is it soo bad here?" I thought he would have been happy but I guess not. I know why they don't want me to leave though.

She can cum over to "my" place, but ummm.....ahhh.....errrr.....yeah...I live in my parents basement. I'm 26 and I live with my parents. I know she'd love to live with me but I'm extrememly picky about who I live with. Don't get me wrong I have lived on my own (5 different homes total). My basement is a cool place I guess. I have a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, living room area, washer & dryer, my own entrance and exit (its a daylight basment), refridgerater and has the plumbing pre-run so that a small kitchen/bar area can be put in. Sometimes I hate living here but I know how good I have it. Oh yeah, I don't have a 'real' job either. Now that I sound like a total loser... I have reasons why I ended up back at home if anyone cares to know. I also have a pinball machine, big screen TV and surround sound down here.....along with a ton of car parts all over (please buy some of my stuff ).

nothing wrong with living in ur ma and dads basement. We have been living in her ma and dads basement for almost a year while we save money to buy a home outright in cash. I do all the yard work (been moving snow for 3-5 hours a day for the last 8 days off roofs, decks, 3/4 mile of driveway etc... ) and up keep with anything that needs to be done as far as home or car repair or up grades, along with cook most nights (when I am home an not working outta state) She keeps the place clean an dose most laundry/ We buy the TV the inlaws buy the interwebz, we buy every other heat bill an we all just buy food as necessary. Our rent comes from the work we do as the inlaws dont really have the time to do it, and hell its a good deal for us.

We all get along great and have very few issues.

Luke buddy hang in there if you can stand it, or move on to a better place if you can find one. I have never really had room mates till just this current deal, and its been great, so I dont really have an better advice for you other than to talk it out with your rommies an see if they realize that they are being shit heads
