Banned from Costco: I am

Why piss of a potential customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First rule of retail never turn away some one there with money willing to spend it in your store for any reason!!!!! I would fire that manager in a heart beat you dont run a pay customer out of ur store like that, especially in a satiation like you had going on, its not liek you were trying to buy a TV and fall out shelter worth of supplies by bending the rules. I hate customer service now days. Our cost co it so full of peopel and alwyas out of everythign it seems I dot really go there any more.

there is probably a big part of this story he isn't telling us. I really doubt they would have banned him just for borrowing his mom's card, he had to have done something else.

Seriously though. You need to go get your own card and come in with a list, buy one thing at a time and continue to go to that register bitch. They will get SO pissed!
I've done it in safe-way. They wouldn't let me buy a 6er of sparks because my sister was with me, she was fucking 10. Im not buying her sparks.
So I took her back to my parents house and went back and bought one sparks at a time and every-time I payed with change and took forever to count it.
The dude was pissed and on the sixth time I bought the sparks with the six pack ring on it. He took it off and threw it away and I made him give it back cause i needed it for my six pack. He was like. "*sigh*...I hope your happy with yourself" I smiled and left.

what was the lady going to do to "protect her employees and customers?" i guarantee thats not in any hand book that costco isses. what would happen if you were a lil off kilter and decided to go get a gun and come back in the store? whats she going to do? bad move on her part, oh well, so go to another costco i guess.

I also asked for her card back in exchange for my id or something and I was also refused. It was a super shitty experience, but I walked away a costco "executive" member with my new tv so I was happy in the end.

Funny I had the same thing happen over in Eastern Wa with my college roommates. I bit the bullet and bought the membership since he was buying the TV. We were using or neighbors card at that time. They were nice at that store though and it was understandable since we were making such a big purchase (we were buying other stuff besides the TV too).

I agree, I didn't get pissed right away. It happened after the lady thought she was god. I hate that by the book mentality.

costco rules. i love kirkland vodka. 27 bucks for a handle and it's better than the prems.

They don't sell liquor at Costco in Washington :(
