when i worked for a shop, we had this happen more then once. we had aligned the car several times, in the end the tech just fudged to and it was enough to make the car drive fine.

i love how its everyone elses issue, just like the seat belt extenders. Some fucker will be angry tha they were not offered seat belt extenders, but its the same person would be offended if the salesman asked if they would want them. Its no win.
