First I talked to him and he told me that someone wrote him a bad check and he reported it stolen so i was like wtf it was cash. Now he just stopped answering. thanks guys for putting that at me haha. Sorry if i ticked anyone off. Is there any advice I can have as to how I can get all of this stuff fixed the cheapest way possible. I drove it a few times without front driveshaft idk if i messed it up or not I just didnt know it wasnt there.

all good i guess i needed that input. Im just pissed that im so chopped and screwed about this thing. ive been going to the DMV and all they tell me is to talk to the guy whos name is on the title and hes got heart surgery right now so I dont wanna bother him. When i got it all was good then I just found all this stuff. First there were not then they all start popping up.

What difference does it make who this guy is. You aren't getting anything out of it, when you buy a second hand car sales are usually final and as is. Sounds like someone dropped the ball. If your father didn't know what he was looking at, maybe he should have brought someone else who would.

go to your DMV and talk to them. possession is 9/10ths. do you have a written bill of sale other than the title? ..just go talk to your local DMV counter jockey, they will be used to dealing with people like you
