325ix fronttransfer case driveshaft which runs 300 and on top of that it has a bad steering rack which he didn't tell about which leaks as fast as you pour. I'm finding new things everyday

Does anyone know a michael kaido. My uncle bought a car off a guy from ga named michael kaido. My uncle then went there thinking the car was a good buy. After taking it home I found that the front driveshaft was missing even though he said he had just replaced it and also had given my uncle a title beyond the ability of being used. So now I have to contact the guy he bought the car from and I am now without my car till I get the new title.
