    Pawn shop; Milwaukee model 0222-1. It is 3/8", variable speed, and reversible. It will last a lifetime around your garage.

      Best bets probly to buy a hitachi or makita if your going for a corded drill, they are the best bang for your buck. Panasonic on the other hand is the best for cordless ive got 2 panasonics and neither of them have failed me yet even when they run super hot they just keep on going, batterys would last for over a day for around the house type work. Mine last a day and thats being used the whole time for 10 hours.
