    How to improve your productivity

Well I’m into racings but usually I have plenty of time in summer to do what I enjoy doing. But nowadays I’m so busy of working hard as I got tough projects and my back pain is coming back and drives me crazy! I usually sit on wobbly chairs, I can't find a perfect one to sit comfortable on... That's why I can't even drive for long..I was told to start doing morning exercises and get a new furniture. But what sould I start with? Any thoughts?

Thanks for joining my topic, now I'd like to share my experience.

    EDIT: Nope

Something tells me that after a response or two you'll be posting a link to some awesome product or service you found and want to share it with all of us.

    Any wagers from the commentariat?

Is that a racing or a gaming chair? So hard to tell them apart on eBay.

I was told sit-ups are bad for your lower back, lie down and do leg lifts instead. I used to run 3 miles a day.... try starting with walking a mile if you plan to start from zero. Don't forget the warm up stretches.

Is it better to jog in the morning or in the evening?

I had some pretty annoying low back pain. Didn't like sitting long and getting into my lowered e30 was painful. Bending over to tie my shoes, hated it. Turns out the issue stemmed from my hamstring. I stretch about 15 minutes twice a day now and I'm generally pain/ache free. People suggest exercise, which strengthening your posterior chain help, but I think incorporating stretches will make a big difference. Desk sitters especially.
