1. The females in my family have no problem walking down the street without being raped; I don't live in a bad area. Plus the females in my family drive just about everywhere, because we live in LA. Also cops don't stop women from being raped, why do think there are so many cases each week? Yes, I was sent to jail for 2 days, until my arraignment, where the DA dropped the charges you fuck head. 4 grams and a scale does not = possession with intent to sell, but you wouldn't know the difference would you. I didn't even get a misdemeanor for possession because they knew they wrongfully searched my trunk. And yes I was being stupid for spinning my tires in a parking lot, I admit to that. Ask anyone that was at the scene of the crime though, the cops did an illegal search of my separately locked trunk without a warrant.

Ahhh, they were performing an "inventory" lol. I didnt know they were impounding it. In that case, Im surprised they ruled that an illegal search.

I would argue the other way around. It needs to be criminalized, and there needs to be that negative stigma... But like many have said, Legalize it, tax the shit out of it, and make more money off of it for the state.
