it probably goes by state but medical doctors are not required by the state of minnesota to take piss tests unless they have had drug problems and have been put on probation by the board

I figured it was state my state, but considering that the states I know don't test are Iowa and Kansas, and how ass backwards those 2 states are, I figured it was pretty universal.
