If we followed this notion, and decriminalized. What do you think the ACTUAL results would be?
My theory:
Everyone would be in disapproval (conservatives), general population will freak out and make a huge deal out of it for hte first month, then everything would go back to normal. Government will sit back and collect and reappropriate the funds.Comment
