Really, there is nothing like waking up early as hell, in temperatures sub-zero with the windchill, pulling a feisty 900+lbs. woman who don't want her nips touched. Then once you get her buttered up, pressing your head into her nether-regions to prevent her from kicking your milkbucket over, shitting everywhere, but looking up at you with longing eyes. All she wants is your grain, and some grass.

But, the milk is amazing, thick cream you have to scoop off, to later be put in fresh ground coffee. I cannot drink regular milk due to Lactose Intolerance, but I can finish a gallon a day from my cows. And the solitude is nice too.
