How does Wal-Mart get away with hiring undocumented workers.

Typically they just provide fakes. Companies arent going to do a federal back ground check on a social given to them by a future fry cook.

Because the programs designed to give aid don't have the staff required to verify citizenship.

Troof, witness it first hand.

Joe legal could provide false information just as easily.

Then he wouldnt be Joe Legal and he doesnt have an alternative for his family. He doesnt get deported just to be smuggled back a month later. He gets his ass thrown in federal pen.

Maybe most people have to work till 5.

explain to me how someone with no documentation is getting welfare, housing assistance, and food stamps. Either this story is crap, or the immigration law itself is the least of our concerns. Probably both but for now I'll just say that this story wouldn't happen in OH.

fake social security numbers. it's not like these people are that un-resourceful.
