      We have had a steady decline against the yen but that is primarily because Japan is getting a bit stronger (although its stalled too). But that isnt saying much, they have been in a recession for the past decade, their currency was worthless. And the Yuan was growing against the dollar but is flat again (partly because of lack of confidence and partly because of price fixing by the Chinese).

      But the dollar, which people were saying should be abandoned as a hedge, is now the safe place to be. Investors are now coming back to the dollar.
