So, science classes and history classes are both slanted towards religion (at least in Texas). Anyone who is willing to researh will find out that this is not a christian nation. We do not have a national religion, but "educators" like to believe that our country was founded by christians. Additionally, how can you argue that intelligent design should be taught in a science class? There's absolutely no science behind it. Now texas is discussing prayer in school?
So, your question - what's the religious agenda.
Who owns the most land in the world?
Hate to answer your question with a question, but seriously come on. Religion is the easiest way to make money without selling anything.
It's probably worth noting that though I went to school in texas, I benefited from going to a very good school in a very good school district. My science teachers teachers were mostly doctors and all of my high school level history teachers has a masters. Even after that, I learned much of what I know in college. I've spent a lot of time un-learning public school myth.
