    Obamacare is "INCOME"

    Title IX Revenue Provisions—Subtitle A: Revenue Offset

    "(Sec. 9002) Requires employers to include in the W-2 form of each employee the aggregate cost of applicable employer-sponsored group health coverage
    that is excludable from the employee's gross income (excluding the value of contributions to flexible spending arrangements)."


    Starting in 2011—next year—the W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are provided.

    If you make $50k per year and your employer pays $5k per year towards your health benefits, then your gross taxable income is now $55k.

    They raised your taxes even though you make under $250k.

      this coupled with the tax cuts due to expire is going to raise the tax burden OF EVERYONE BY A FUCK LOAD They have to pay for all that shit for everyone else some how.


      goodie my taxes just went up by at least 3k dollars next year with just this not including the expiration of the cuts, and I dont make anywhere close to 250k.

                                              What's interesting here is all this information is already listed through your employer. So there's no point in listing it on your tax return if it's truly for information only.

                                                  The only thing I can come up with is, for the auditors of the IRS will look for people that do not have this filled in and fine them for not having health coverage. It would make it easier for the brainless people of the IRS to locate that information with out auditing the business itself.

                                                  Though the other day it came out that the Obamacare solution will not be covering pre-existing conditions. Leaving millions once again with out coverage. But will still be fined for not having it.
