Starting in 2011—next year—the W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are provided.
If you make $50k per year and your employer pays $5k per year towards your health benefits, then your gross taxable income is now $55k.
They raised your taxes even though you make under $250k.
