Troof to this? I was watching a video the other day, and it explained that in the constitution or some legal supreme court decision, it stated that americans cannot be taxed for income from wages/labor, income tax can only be applied to gains/losses; as the money resulting from wages/labor is considered to not legally be able to be taxed. (due to it being a "private" transaction between the employer and person)
Is that so? If so, why the hell aren't more people aware of this?
