Also, the college that had him expelled said he would not be able to return unless he could bring a "mental-health certificate" back to the school to indicate he wasn't insane.

Did the school inform the Sheriff's Office of this? If so, did the Sheriff's Office ignore it?


I find it interesting the guy was crazy enough he wasn't allowed to go to college, but could still purchase a gun.

They actually had the sheriff's dept deliver the note saying "dont come back" to the kids home. News reports say the deputy/cop that delivered the letter found Jared and his dad in the garage and the dad was clear on the fact that the kid couldn't go to school because he was a nutbag.

Actually, I wouldn't say that the Republicans as a whole behave like the pre-war Nazi governement. But look at all the propaganda erected by the Tea Party as truth, and you are not far. Hmmm... Actually no. The Nazi's were a very pro-authoritarian, pro-government group. They despised democracy and freedom and were very open about it. While I am not a Tea Party supporter, and I think that certain people within the Tea Party have made outlandish and bigoted comments, the general message of the group as a whole is a good one, and that is small government. The Tea Party are nothing like the Nazi's.
