The one at the end should have been grandfathered in before those by laws were written.

Next really so kids now cant play in their own neighborhoods anymore !!!! And we wonder why they are all lazy and fat.

Really shit like this just baby steps to more and more infringements. Today its your B-ball goal tomorrow its the tool box in your garage. You know its unsafe for you to be working on your own car in your own garage you know.

Seattle PD is in some serious hot water over a BUNCH of very, very bad moves on their part. August of 2010 they beat up a schizophrenic because he wasn't "cooperating". Broken nose, serious concussion (hospitalized for 24 hours) and nothing has been brought up about it. The kids lawyer (he was 17 at the time of his State sponsored ass beating) was denied a inquiry into the conduct of the officers. They arn't even under investigation.

Abuse of power is abuse of power. This isn't much different. It doesn't matter if the home owners are acting stupid as long as they are not being threatening or otherwise towards the officers, no amount of name calling should "affect" a Police Officer to the point of acting as they did. Sorry, you are as a PO required to be above the norm.

No that would not work. even though its county ROW the home owner is responsible for the maintenance of it. there for the home owners get sued not the state. You know like the ordinances that home owners have to clear all the snow and ice off side walks with in 8-12 hours of a snow fall.

Oh and many of those were portables so how can they be installed Illegally manic when they are temporary in nature and on wheels??? I can see how that argument falls for the ones that were on permanent polls like the blue one, but again if it has been there for that long then it should be grandfathered anyway.

I agree and honestly I don't think that way in day to day life. However i must object, If the city came and dug a hole to fix my water main, and left the hole with no caution tape (this would never happen :p), i would imagine they would be at fault. Similar if they came and took your hoop and left a hole.....

the guy did kick some dirt in the whole though, but it needs to be properly compacted :O

I'm sure this all started because some drunk asshole ran his car into one of these that was too close to the street, solid pole won the fight, lawsuits ensued.

This situation sucks but do you want laws enforced or not? In my town they would have fined me for not removing it myself, at least they foot the bill for the earth mover. Or that is the assumption from the video, I have a feeling this man would not be paying a cent in related costs unless it put him in jail.
Same as the business signs, if a law passes to increase visibility but nobody fixes the situation and cars keep getting creamed when pulling out, what good did it do?

And the bitch lied, not sure why he couldn't keep it.
