Crunchy granola pothead or not, he is right and you know it.

You know that 95% of anything posted in ANY media source these days is wrong.

75% of the people who work for our government are solid, decent, nice people who actually care. Generally, their hands are tied by the evil ones, but that is just how it works.

The media lies, but our Police force is WAY out of control. Both are 100% truth.

I am gonna go out on a limb here though and say that just maybe getting shot at in your line of work kinda changes people...ya think? Maybe those same people who joined the force to help keep our country on track turned into violent beasts when they got shot at when pulling someone over to give them a speeding ticket...that is a gross simplification, but you get my point, right?

but in the end, news outlets are a BUSINESS and the whole point is to make a bigger story to make more money. Anyone who thinks otherwise is naive
The authorities did their investigation and didn't find anything illegal. No one was charged. After a couple days, the story was out of the spotlight. Hiring a lawyer or writing my own article would be a waste of time, because at that point no one cares, it's old news.
Try watching BBC for new. It's like night and day on how they report versus American news. Our news for the most part has become infotainment.

that explains a lot right there. BBC is self admittedly heavily LEFT BIAS in their spin and reporting of the news.

I do like them for 1 source of international news, to a point anyway

Feds defend raid on a home
          By: Jennifer Epstein
          June 8, 2011 02:40 PM EDT

The Education Department is confirming that its inspector general authorized a raid on a California home on Tuesday, but says the officers were conducting a criminal probe — not pursuing a woman because she could not pay her student loans, as has been reported.

The story of the Stockton raid went viral early Wednesday after a local ABC station reported that the inspector general and local law enforcement authorities had executed a warrant because she had defaulted on federal student loans.

Justin Hamilton, the Education Department’s press secretary, said that story is wrong.

“While it was reported in local media that the search was related to a defaulted student loan, that is incorrect. This is related to a criminal investigation,” he said. “The Inspector General’s Office does not execute search warrants for late loan payments.”

The TV station has since taken down the original story on its website and posted an updated one.

Hamilton declined to comment on the specifics of the case because it is “an ongoing criminal investigation.” He did, though, say that the independent inspector general’s office executes 30 to 35 search warrants each year on issues including bribery, fraud and embezzlement of federal financial aid money.

The woman who police were looking for, meanwhile, wasn’t in the home at the time. Her estranged husband lives there.

Correction: Contrary to earlier reports, a SWAT team did not conduct this raid.

exactly! Had the lady been there, those of us not in California would probably never heard about it. Lady being investigated of fraudulent use of federal financial aid money gets raided, arrested, whatever.... Good! Cheers! I jump through hoops and practice patience to go through the process and this lady is being investigated by the federal government for misuse of said aid. Get her!

On the other hand, the nationalization of financial aid has now once more put things into the governments hands and I don't need to explain to you all the cons of that.

and WTF, no one has pointed out to the TS yet, dailymail is practically tabloid bullshit! Just a simple glance over to the right side of the screen should let you know that (all those bullshit links to some celebrity bullshit!)
