I am because I lived there for 27 years. It's not like I'm some guy that's never left central Georgia and been off the farm or something.

Yeah, it will probably eventually come to that. It will be hard kicking their massive army and people off their newly bought property though.

I bet not alot of americans would like seeing: American labor camp, next exit. on the people republic highway. there will be a rebellion.

They've been preparing this for years.

The people's Republic of China currently maintains one Embassy in Washington D.C., but also maintains 5 consulates-general in the following U.S. cities: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Houston, TX.
          (chinaembassy.org)

I must say, China's doing the Capitalism thing better than we are nowadays. While our government is worried about useless, thieving banks that only worry about how much money it can take out of peoples' pockets without even providing a comp...lementary pack of lube, the Chinese government is worried about using OUR vast pool of under/unemployed (almost) slave labor.
Capitalism requires that someone goes poor and hungry; the proof is what we've been doing to the Chinese for the last 30 years. Now China wants to do THAT to us, with the government's blessing. Just another play in a game destined to lead us back to the 1930s wage-wise, making a dollar or two per hour, tops.
Of course, the GOP and probably the Tea Party will join in on killing the minimum wage using the bullshit argument that it will create jobs, when any time they get a windfall (from less taxation) it goes directly into BONUSES.
It would create jobs this time, but at what rate? The Chinese sure as hell don't pay. Ask the Foxconn workers. Look for a steep drop in the minimum wage coinciding with this, or an outright gutting of it by the pro-business parties mentioned above. (Hell, the Democrats would probably do it, too, if their party wouldn't get DESTROYED by such a proposal!)
Prices of goods are going up. Our wages are going down, and likely on design. The end game is on.
My analysis on this play: BRILLIANT play if you ask me, but it's obvious where this would steer us.

First of all, the article is an opinion piece, with language and scare tactics similar to Glen Beck , so I don't know if all the facts are being presented. Secondly, I really do not think the majority of Americans would accept a mini-China in America. They may be allowed to buy the land and fill it with Chinese but they will still have to comply with the laws of the United States. If they really did want to sell a piece of America to China, I'm pretty sure the federal government would have to allow the purchase, not just the state of Idaho. I seriously doubt that would happen. You can all put your guns away now.

Just have them integrate with the Chinese loving folks of Hayden lake ID. Perfect place for their tech zone.

I imagine the idea would be similar to how they run shit in American Samoa. Chinese sections under Chinese law. I can see that flying in a protectorate, but not in the mainland.

Perhaps we could sell them Detroit to settle our debt, we are giving it to the Muslims right now anyways.

Then again, we could just sell them the south. Stars and bars flying along with the red. Ha, I can't help myself sometimes.

Oh, we should have them set up in Bentonville. Aren't they all adopted Walton children.
