More Cop Thuggery

This is not on the order that I have posted before but I mean really. Cop thinks he can do what ever he wants. Umm yeah ok. Choke holds a TV station camera man while filming a feel good story, on public property.





There also was a kid shot in SF over the week end in the BACK by the cops, for not having train fare. But guy was wanted in a murder and supposedly he shot at the cops 1st while running away so I am inclined to side with the cops, till more facts come out about that one.

That clearly was not a choke hold. But cops need training in reducing the volatility of a situation. In most cases it seems they make them much worse.
And fuck yeah for cameras in their faces. We should allow them everywhere at anytime in public places.

The police shot him as he removed his weapon (to throw it away in an attempt to get rid of evidence), so the cops very well could have thought he was pulling it to shoot at them again.

he actually fired back at officers as he was running. he had gun powder residue on his hands from the firearm being discharge. in this case it was justified. sad though it happened in SF because now the people there have turned this criminal with a laundry list of crimes into a saint/martyr.

I didnt know he fired while running, but the powder could have been from the initial shooting which provoked the foot chase.

+1 on the saint/martyr, the people are so fucking stupid it makes my brain bleed to read about it. They're all up in arms because he was only 19. Good. Too bad he didn't get shot when he was 15, before he ever had a chance to kill anyone. If he hadn't been killed now, he would've left prison (assuming he lived) 10 years from now, 10x more dangerous than when he entered.

Witnesses identify him firing the weapon at the cops as he was trying to flee from the cops.cops were chasing him because he was caught for harrassing a bus driver and skimping on bus fare.

Protest/riots for this fallen thug are happening outside my office window. Its so retarded how they are trying to make this former teen pimp, suspected murderer of a pregnant mother look like an angel. My local bank just got their window smashed in by these anarchists and ive heard reports of other properties being damage by these anarchists as we speak.

I bet the only thing cops hate more than seeing a criminal get away is seeing that criminal get a slap on the wrist by the judicial system and be tossed back onto the street. The SF story sounds like justice was served.

The same thing happened out in Los angeles not that long ago in a protest with another camera crew at a public park and started to beat him. They need to know where line is drawn in the sand with being illegal and legal for taking action.

HUH you have got to be kidding me.

That was a FUCKING NEWS CREW filming a feel good story about a remembrance for all the kids killed in the violence in Newark.

The cop saw the guy get him on tape and went ape shit, just like most of them do when the find out you are filming them. SO they try to get you to stop, well they cant stop you from filming unless its some kind of restricted area (thanks patriot act). You see cops should be held to a higher standard and should welcome the film time, as if they are doing their jobs properly they have nothing to worry about. They are given authority under the guise of the public's trust, they need to have their power in many cases checked, and thats what video tape dose, in the modern age.

This is just another example of Jack booted thuggery by the boys in blue. Just because a cop tells you to do something does NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO IT, they are not the all high and mighty authority. We have them to solve crime after it happens and enforce the the laws no more no less, they are not there to protect you or your rights. You have to know what you rights and exercise them when you know they are being violated.


On the SF thing yes with all the info that has come to light is seems it was very justified. The demonstrators there piss me off even more though than the cop in Newark.

The cop, the news man or the punk ass kid that got what he needed(if it is true he fired). I do find it annoying those people busting up shit because they are mad at the kid dying. If the kid was alive he would use that time to steal from the people protesting.

I hate everyone, I will be so happy when this world goes to hell and I grab my 10ga and make a sawed off. Then drive though the wastelands in search of gas.
