They call all immigrants aliens. Legal ones have a resident alien card.

O rly? And what makes you say that? I ask because you sound dumb as fuck.

And degrees? Who's talking about degrees here? This bill refers to lower education, not college.

Since we are talking about stupid legislation from CA (yes I know its kinda synonymous) here is another doosey to come out today

Since you guys have been bared from carrying a weapon via CCW permit, and if you wished to carry openly you had to have it unloaded, but could have ammo on your person. Well thats now illegal as well...............................

AB144 by state Assemblyman Anthony Portantino, D-Pasadena, makes it a misdemeanor to carry an exposed and unloaded gun in public or in vehicles, with violators facing up to a year in prison or a potential fine of $1,000 when the law takes effect on Jan 1.

I've been living in the states for 6 and a half years, legally. And I still have to pay out-of-state tuition at any state school. If illegals won't have to, I'll be pretty upset.
But if they have to pay the full price, it's not a burden on the tax payers. Should they be helped or hunted down, that question is still open however.

                              Piss. I fucking hate California

Illegals can suck me for free. They don't belong here, yet we keep making incentives for them to come and stay. "Hey, come to California! They pay for our education, healthcare, I took a job from a hardworking citizen, and I don't have a license or insurance but I still drive anyway!!"

there are only 3 states that are running in the black in their state budgets. AL (or is AR) and MT are the 2 I can think of off the bat

If you want cheap property Look in the mid west in the areas hard hit by job loss. MI OH IN are all good places you can find some rural living for less than 200k. You might have to put a 100k into the place to replace all the wiring and plumbing because the scrappers or last home owners yanked all the cooper out of it to turn in for scarp value
