Election 2012: More of the same

I can't believe that in 1 years time we are going to be going through this same bullshit process yet again. The supreme court recently removed the limit on campaign contributions effectively making it legal to buy off politicians. These assholes spend all of their time, before AND after getting elected, at 30 thousand dollar a plate fundraiser dinners, and applying make up for their next "debate" if you want to even call it that. Their entire terms in office are spent campaigning and sucking corporate cock and not a damn thing of value actually gets accomplished. These fucking pieces of shit are bought and sold by the highest bidder and we make it possible because we continue to give our money to shitty corporations and cast our vote for "the lesser of two evils" instead of for the right man (or woman). If Ron Paul doesn't get the GOP nomination then I am not voting and the little money that I do have will stay right where it is in my low yield credit union savings account because I am not going to continue supporting the assholes with all the money and all the political power.

Basically, if everybody is so fed up then why are we going to allow ourselves to continue with this farce that is a Presidential election?

I never give a dime to ANY politician and never have. And never intend to.

What's even worse are those Americans that still believe the utter BS that comes out of Obama's pie hole even when he's a corporate cock sucker worse than the rest to date. Yet these people actually think he gives a fuck about them.

I know the people I'm not voting for so far.

So don't vote for either a republican or democrat. Vote for a third party candidate or independent. I will be and have in the past. I haven't decided who yet this year but it for sure won't be either a republican or democrat.

And don't give me the BS "You're just wasting your vote cause they're not gonna win." We will always be stuck with dem/rep parties if everyone keeps having this attitude and still voting for them.
A lot of states, mine for example have voted one party for the past 2 decades or more and are never even close. So to me you're "wasting your vote" more by voting for either dem/rep parties. Every vote for a third party counts, and counts moreso in terms of your vote out of the total votes for them, and getting them noticed, and the change you're contributing to.

the only reason we had a surplus is clinton hadhis ass handed to him in the mid-term elections and that changed his approach. he agreed with, insted of fought, the republican controlled congress that refused to spend money (gingrich)

Yeah. It had nothing to do with the Internet technology boom. Also known as the tech bubble. It was all the GOP's wise decisions.

Yes. The free market that boomed because of a government investment in developing the Internet.

LOL, the idea that the ruling on corporate contributions really makes a damned bit of difference. Between HNW individuals and "bundlers" there isnt a change that will take place. It was just a "fire and brimstone" given by the Dems to claim it was going to give the Pubs unlimited funds.

In reality there is one candidate with a clear lead over all, Obama. His entire campaign effort has nearly 5x more than all of the Pubs combined.
                            Im now E30less.

So why didn't we have a MASSIVE surplus during GWB and the 6 years of republican controlled congress from 2000-2006? lol...
