No, we cannot. It's not just an "idea", in science those are called hypothesis, and AGW is a accumulation of hypothesis which have been tested via the scientific method and became theories, those that failed were rejected.

If you want to assert the evidence is merely circumstantial then that's on you. I suspect however that you're going to struggle to do so.
