Can't leave out my favorite attempt of Beck's trying to put the blame of a brutal gang murder on atheism. Now I'm not one to assume things because of race, but I'm going to in this case as I have documentation to justify it. 88% of African Americans have an absolute belief in god, compare that to just over 70% of all Americans it would be safe to say it is extremely probable that the individuals perpetrating the attack in this video are to some degree theists. Yet the fallout of their actions is utilized to shit on atheists? Mr.Sleeve, if that doesn't count as "making shit up" to you then you need to have your head examined. Filling the extreme gaps Beck has jumped to make these accusations is a prime example of making shit up.

Please note at no point did I make the accusation that he is a liar, despite the overwhelming evidence to support such an accusation. He finds a topic which conflicts with his beliefs and makes extraordinary claims which have little to no factual credibility and his followers eat it up. That IS "making shit up"

I love how people are so afraid of Google. Guess what, of all the online companies out there only Google has consistently managed to create good, useful stuff, in a way that's earned my trust, not full of malware or trying to sneak shit over on you, and even show some spine against censorship and control efforts. At no point does Holden, as Beck claims "propose forcibly" that which he writes about in that book. Read the book and you'll understand the context, it's supposed to be informational and needs to be read as such. Twisting that to read him as favouring it is pathetic. Rarely do scientific texts convey the opinion of the writer, this book is no different.

The evidence to show he makes incredible assumptions to come to his conclusion is absolutely present. Like I said, bridging the gaps with that which is non-existence or misunderstanding on his part of material is making shit up.

I like how you didn't address my last and most compelling argument either, probably one of the strongest cases of Beck bridging a gap where there is no connection with propaganda to support his personal ideals. My point with questioning his credibility in this thread was not to label him a liar, but that his arguments rely on those who view his show to be extremely naive and ignorant with no desire to read into the full story.
