New evidence suggests Stone Age hunters from Europe discovered America

New archaeological evidence suggests that America was first discovered by Stone Age people from Europe -- 10,000 years before the Siberian-originating ancestors of the American Indians set foot in the New World.
Please... A prayer of forgiveness for those who later stole the land...

Actually all these artefacts were placed here by god to test our faith in Genesis and young Earth creation.

You think He would go through all that work to quantify young earth creation when only a small portion of society believes that( however stupid the rest of us believe the idea is...) ?

                    Blasphemy! Kill it with fire!

Ps "He" does not need to be capitalized. Your god isn't going to send you to hell if you don't change the English language to accommodate for your subordinance to him.

While humorous, I have heard that exact idea put forth by Campus Crusaders. Why must a people of faith have to have hard answers? Isn't faith enough?

Secretly, I think they understand the ridiculousness of their position and try to bolster it with "young earth science" to make them feel better. Even one of my former employees, who is now in pre-med, absolutely believes the Earth is 6000 years old, and that dinosaurs co-existed with man!

From Evidence for a Young World, whose motto is "Biblical Accurate Certain":

"Evolutionary anthropologists now say that Homo sapiens existed for at least 185,000 years before agriculture began, during which time the world population of humans was roughly constant, between one and ten million. All that time they were burying their dead, often with artifacts. By that scenario, they would have buried at least eight billion bodies."

Huh? Cave dwellers didn't always bury people! And not all cave dwellers were at equal states of development! They certainly lacked the tools to effectively entomb the dead, leaving them vulnerable to environmental factors including hungry animals. I suppose the creationists would have us believe the dinosaurs ate them.....

Creationists proceed from a fatal assumption: that all non-creationist scientists are trying to prove that God doesn't exist, and so are in some kind of cahoots. That is not generally how scientific method works!

I could have typed like a Jew and used G-d, even though they don't seem to grasp that the Torah nor Bible does not use God as the Tetragrammaton. But hey, we all free to do our own thing, right?
