More proof that just because you throw a shit ton of money at something doesn't make it a viable product that people will want to buy. Or make it competitive in the market.

Forgive me if I'm misremembering, but the problem is that any powers not specifically enumerated in the Constitution, are supposed to fall under state/local jurisdiction.

If anything it helps put in place a false market (farm subsidies) when you pay farmers to farm or in many cases *not farm*.
Should I get paid by the Federal government to not produce more cabinets (basically do nothing) because I'm going to help flood the market with wood products? Assuming there may already be "too many" in the market place.
