It's interesting that they mention the policy as being Obama-esque in one sentence and mentions that the local government is republican controlled. This proves to me that Obama is farther to the right than many thought.
Also, it would appear that Bitchy Kimmy has something personal against the owners of the winerys or is against alcohol, or against fun.
