Obviously it would be hard to believe that Romney would knowingly choose a former KKK slogan because he's a racist, when he's trying to become POTUS. However, the Mormon church has a history of official racism that didn't "end" until 1978. Of course we can't condemn Romney for this, but I hardly think the Mormon church is particularly well known for its racial tolerance.
