I'd say it just means he's using a lot of the same/similar talking points that used last election to push for the same policies. I don't see what's so damning about that. Are we now condemning our politicians for being consistent?Comment

*sigh* This is a really productive comment.
The only relevant thing in this post is his stance on gay marriage, and if you're honest with yourself you'll acknowledge that his change wasn't a big surprise. Consider for a second his previous stated position, that he supports civil unions and that the states should be left to decide. That's all it was. I'm pretty damn happy that he finally stood up for equality.Comment
