I am not going to spoon feed you the things you should have learned your sophomore year in High school US history and Civics classes.

You wont learn anything if I just hand it too you, if you look it up and discover it for your self, then it might just stick

Tell me how the founding of this country has anything to do with the following question: what if corruption spreads at the highest levels of government?

This doesn't mean the U.S. in particular, so why you're telling me to read up on U.S. history is puzzling. What the hell are you talking about?

If you think somehow that the U.S. government is immune to corruption, I've got to question your sanity. The point is I don't believe a government can be made immune to corruption, period. And that's a big problem considering the fact that accountability generally goes down the higher up the pyramid you are, regardless of well-meaning checks on power.

And all by your self you have just proven my point, better than anything I could have typed out.

Of course corruption has become a problem in our government, because of the last 100 years or so of people just like you.

You still haven't said anything. You guys have a strange way of arguing in this thread: posting links to the dictionary, telling me to read about the founding of this country, etc.
What kind of person am I? How have I corrupted the government with special interest money? And if a system allows "people like me" to easily corrupt it, what does that say about the system itself?

I think you're all misreading the purpose of this thread: to discuss anarchism. I'm not arguing that it's the ideal, I'm defending it whilst trying to learn more about it.

You have questions and want answers. Its not our fault you fail to see what we are trying to teach you. Sometimes you have to work a little bit to get what you want. Your the kind of person Jefferson is talking about in that quote I have provided you. Now figure out what it means and why he said it.

A simple goggle search will yield plenty of reading. Hopefully it will lead you to where you need to go, your missing the tress due to the forest man.

You'd be absolutely awful in a debate if all you said was "look at this dictionary entry" or "read a book" while not actually saying anything substantive. You do know that's a bad way of arguing right?

There is no point in coming into a thread to say "I'm not going to spoon feed you, this isn't worth my time" when in fact you won't even say jack shit. Dude, you don't have an argument.

Look, I am not going to sit here and invest 45min to an hour of my very valuable time, in poking holes in your arguments, and pointing out that this shit has been tried before (in the not too distant past and RIGHT FUCKING HERE IN THIS COUNTRY, again its not my fault you slept though history class). I am not going to explain to you why ALL of us are fault for the problems in our govt.

All of this information is out there, and I have given you several places to start, this is not something you are going to get to the bottom of over night or in 25 mins of Google'n, reading the 1st 2 paragraphs of the top 3 hits.

Dude, I've seen your posts. You aren't the "poking holes in arguments" type. Come to a thread to participate, not pretend you've got some vast knowledge on the subject that you're too busy to share.
