We were refering to the northern detroit enclave of upper and upper middle class white folk that have some neighborhoods with in it patroled by private security.

Doesn't matter, the areas that "1%ers" live in around here don't really need private security patrols / ect. It's more so the upper middle class neighborhoods that I've seen like this. Roland park, various neighborhoods around JHU, some areas in Towson. All the money in MD is quite the hike from any bus stop / poor neighborhoods (i.e. greenspring).
