How about modern definitions of constitutional statements? Those are getting pretty old. Can we do that?

They're actually kept modern by contemporary rulings and jurisprudence.

              Some of them, at least.

Think of the inner city drug trade - her-ron especially.

It is entirely rational for people with almost no other means to make a living to get into dealing. The only thing that makes it wrong is the legal construct. What makes it immoral is the killing that comes with it. The choice to sell drugs, is void of any value.

That doesn't make it moral, but it is an entirely rational choice to sell drugs if you need a dolla dolla a dolla is what you need.

hmmm. But morality is formed by society. To kill to survive would seem rational if you're killing within your own world of heroine addicts no?

We have had this talk before. Living document does NOT me a reinterpretion of constitutional principals with each subsequent generatio, like our dear leader has inferred in the past. It means it has the ability to be ammended and added to by each subsequent generation

So the short answer to your question is NO, get it amended

Too much of anything will kill you.

We don't call liquor store owners (god bless their souls) immoral, do we?
