actually, I'm wondering why you keep saying you're taking the word of a cop over the word of a "black CRIMINAL" when Brown can't, and hasn't, said anything at all...because he's dead.

I do say that you're willing to believe that this kid is a criminal based on a surveillance sequence that may or may not be Brown, may or may not be of Brown robbing the store, and may or may not have any relation to the altercation between Brown and the cop later in the day simply because authorities have told you what the believe about the interaction.

You then take that shoddy logic, and in fact logic that abrogates the very foundation of this nation's legal framework, to completely eat up the fact that the cop is a shining paragon of virtue.

what this really points to is the problem with so many of you claiming to be protectors of the constitution, specifically hinging that on the 2nd amendment. In reality, there isn't much that would anger you against the police. You're perfectly willing to eat up any and all bullshit they shovel to you to placate whatever concerns about their behavior in our nation's streets.

When called out on that bootlicking behavior, you then reverted to a slew of racist tropes. First trotting out the being friends with a black man, calling your local community "little mexico" and determining that Brown is, and always was, a "criminal" despite not being charged or convicted and therefore, shooting him in the street is no big deal.

it wasn't until you brought those racist comments to bear on the situation that I began to point them out. up until that point I was merely commenting on your apparent total trust in government authority and perfect willingness to believe any and everything they tell you to believe about a complex situation that you didn't witness yourself.

Him coming out of vacation over this is racially charged. Nothing more. Yes he touched on the topic of militarization in the police force, but just like Trayvon Martin, Obama felt like he had to make some kind of comment/speech. If this were turned around, I highly doubt Obama would be popping out of his vacation to make a public address.
