The one thing that is blowing my mind is that he had a CC permit still, once he waved his gun at someone he should have been arrested and charged and had his permit revoked. That is a HUGE no no and one of the first things you learn when taking your CC course. You only pull a gun out to use it. Once you threaten with it, you are toast.

The fact that there were community meetings regarding this cat should have been enough for his permit to be revoked.
