The hard part of this is enforcement. No one here wants to block out every single Muslim, but how on earth do you police extremist speech without infringing on all speech?

Right now, all speech (largely) is free. But to begin splitting hairs as to what extremist speech is opens a door to a change of mood on what constitutes extremist speech. I am positive some left leaning folks would like to make strict Constitutionalist speech, extremist speech. This is why the Founders did not qualify what free speech was. If you do, then it is subject to opinion.

I have no problem with the speech. It's the actual practice of the religion (and only certain extremist practices). Only then does it collide with the BoR and western culture's ideals/laws.
