I think he means for everything. Next it's 4% for a can of beans, 37% for beer, 5% for a computer and so on and so on. Then they waste a.bunch of time figuring out what to tax and for how much...... then after a while oregon has an income tax and a sneaky ass "sales tax"

Again, it's a use tax.
Comparing it to a sales is not the same.
