Not a bad trade for some bottel caps eh?

a friend had these on his 85 MR2 and said they rub to much and looked weird , so i asked how much would he sell them, he said wanna trade. I was like ok for sure Deal! so some 17's with ok tires for some dirty bottel caps with new tires. One thing, tonight what the 1st time taking the wheels off my car. I never knew the lugs on a bmw were like that haha . at 1st i douted i was even going to be able use my lugs for these rims but i got lucky. any ways thought id share my nice come up. yea yea i know my car looks liek shit and needs to lowerd now. should i paint these rims flat black or keep em how they are?

ohh yea the size, the tire says 17/40/205, think i need more rubber

I have 17/40/205 and my car doesn't look like a damn donk. Not sure what you have going on, but it's almost assuredly worse than bottlecaps.

They look worse than bottle caps, you could probably sell them on craigslist for more money then bottlecaps would fetch though.

Oh and the chrome fender arches? :-/

really you think these look worse than bottel caps? the def. look bad becuase teh car sits so high. um the crome fender arches came on the car. this is like the earliest of the e30 1/84. Dont worry im planing on ripping them off. but for a even trade i think these are better. i will paint them black. i wanted to lower my car but get some type of rims 1st. these are just temp. id like some bbs tho

It's different in the sense that it's not stock, which is good there. A drop would make the whole package look a lot better for sure.

But styling wise, they don't quite work.
