    if its CC, then they really dont care and they're basically going to give you all the credits. how about you take a picture of each part and blow it up and then trace the photo? (solid works is an amazing program for 3-D when you get to that level!!!!!!)

      This is pretty much the way they started us out in Industrial Design. It works well. Trace and scan!

        not true, my teacher is a professor at OSU as well and has about 4 different degrees. He also started Intek with a college buddy back in the day, basically he doesn't cut much slack.

          do it, theres just no better way around it, you can always learn
          the software, but drawing/drafting is priceless, and you'll work
          quicker too.
