    Photoshop my door panels

How about them with black on the vinyl parts, retaining the light grey clothe centers, as well as all-black?

not perfect but it gives you a good idea:

the 2 tone would go better if your seats had gray centers.

Yeah, the color is too light to match the seats. The all black looks even better than I thought it would. Would be interesting to see all black with my clothe inserts, since they never came from the factory that way.

that's what i've bean "meaning to do" leave the cloth centers of my panels the color of the insert of my seats and have the surrounding all black like the map pocket and arm rest, i've just been too lazy to do it. your car pulls off both i think.

I can do that since Rob still has my seat clothe material left, he wants $250 for the panels though. Thats smoked tail light material :o

I like the all black look myself. The e30 interior works better without to much contrast IMO.

get the black vinyl door panels with the grey cloth inserts, then it would be easy to die the grey inserts black. i have the black vinyl/dark gray cloth insert door panels, i will take a snap so u can see.

                    sexiest factory panels evar.

I have the rears for a two door - never could find the fronts :(

FWIW, 250 for custom door panels, especially as high quality as Rob's work, is a way better deal than smoked tails zzzzzzz

I like the two tone personally. It fits your car well. I'm always a fan of the stuff on your car tj because its very clean, simple, and purposeful. It looks well put together.

Black door cards look OK but i think its a bit much. the way you have it now looks better than the all black.

So do you like the way the door cards are now, or do you like the black with grey inserts that Chris Photoshopped?

                          1. Black with grey inserts
                          2. Grey with black door pull and map pocket (how they are now)
                          3. All Black

Your car is super clean and has a great 2 tone black and silver (grey) theme going on inside and out. You have grey carpet, floor mats, etc, and I think all black panels would take a lot away from your car.

TJ the black vinyl/gray insert combo is by far the nicest, If you had rob do the centers in that alpina cloth, you would have something as cool and unique as the rest of your car. And please, say NO to smoked tails. At least for the time being.

"Having won more road races than any other model in history, the E30 M3 is considered by many to be the world's most successful road race car." - Simply put, E30s kick ass.

I can see myself replacing these seats down the road so I really don't want to drop the money on custom door panels that match them.

I've always wanted smoked tails but again its not something I see myself spending the money on.
