did you get the text from an internet translator? it didn't make sense to me, although my german is a little rusty. "es lebe die evolution" reads to me like "live is the evolution". I think you want "lange leben die evolution" or something, I'm not sure.

if you're using Google's German/English translator it's pretty good but you have to be aware of the context as sometimes it'll guess at what you want even though what you have in there isn't quite right. also English/German grammar is pretty similar but some things come in reverse; instead of "long live the evolution" put in "live long the evolution" and you'll get a better translation because Google doesn't have to make grammar adjustments.

I could be wrong though. One of the things that was really weird when I studied German is I took Spanish when I was a little kid, and my mind was still wired for it so Spanish words would get mixed up with German ones. lol
